So Caiden had a bad case of warts one year. They were on every toe of one of his feet and there were about three per two. It took a long time to get rid of all them and it was not one of his favorite experiences. He is now very wary of folks with warts...enter his friend Hunter. Poor Hunter has a wart and showed Caiden and Caiden was a bit freaked out and we had to have a talk with him about not making friends feel like they were unclean just because of warts. I haven't given the situation another thought until Hunters mom called to tell me the latest wart story. Hunter was over one night and Caiden offered his services. He had gotten into the first aid box and found the packages of wart pads. He handed Hunter a card with the pads on it and said,"Here's my card, call me later." I got a good laugh out of that and Hunter's mom did too! Boys will do the funniest things!

Broken Arm!

Well, I knew the good luck couldn't last! Wed night Jax fell on the driveway and landed on his hands. He started crying right away and told us it was broken. We checked it out and couldn't really see a break, he moved it really well. The next morning it was swollen and I decided better take him and he was right... it was broken! He will be in a cast for the next three weeks. Poor little guy!

Wiggles

So not everyone enjoys a band concert but Rylie sure did! She loves to shake it up and this was a great time... non stop music and a captive audience! Her little Brother joined her!

Daddy's girl! That is what little miss Rylie is. She looks just like him and she likes to spend as much time with him as possible. I found them like this on a Saturday afternoon. She just loves to be with her Dad. As I write this she is outside helping him pick up sticks so that he can mow the lawn. She is are best helper and a great snuggler!

Independence Day

Caiden rode in his first parade on Independence Day! He rode with his scout troop and when they past where we were sitting it felt like they threw out all the candy they had. It was like a typhoon of candy! It was great. We spent the day with Troy's family and went to watch the fire works behind the school.... now here is where we have a story for those tempted to let your husband keep an eye on one of your kids..... we arrived at our spot in the crowd of people. Josh was in his stroller. I am setting up seats and counting heads and telling kids no you can't go to the playground just yet when I turn around to get Josh out and he is gone.... I looked to Troy and I say... Where is Josh? His answer was, he was here a second a go..... Turns out Troy got Josh out of the stroller and than got something in his eye and forgot that you can't set a two year old down. It was the most upsetting time in my life, it took us ten minutes to find him. He had run all the way to the park at the begining of where you come in at. Needless to say I had a few words for his Dad and it took me a while to calm down. Life lesson learned. Two year olds will go to the park the first second you turn your back :) I am happy to report the rest of the evening was great!

We Came we Saw We Now Have Mouse Ears!

We took the kids to Disney Wolrd for a week and wow could you pack anymore fun into so little time? We visited the Animal Kingdom, the Magic Kingdom, and Epcot and cooled off at Typhoon Lagoon. For the first time I got to ride on the rides because I wasn't pregnant!!!!! This was my third visit! I think Rylie had the most magical time. She couldn't get enough of the princesses and she was willing to try any ride once. Morgan and Caiden were looking for danger at every corner, they wanted a good thrill. Jaxson is more a speed guy! He likes to go fast but doesn't care to be scared along the way. Joshua was in it for the juice! He drank juice like it was going out of style. Troy was the fast pass King. That man got us on every ride sometimes more than once. I was amazed at his skill and speed, I only had to get after him once about getting so excited and needing to slow down. Needless to say we had fun but we are glad to be home!!

WE Love you Aunt Kelly! Sending lots of Kisses and Huggs your way!

Kelly has left us and headed back west! She is going back to school and we are missing her already. In her honor we had a party to send her off right. We had a wonderful chocolate cake covered in buttercream frostring! It was so yummy! I did however only get one piece of the yummy cake because little Hobita decided to carry the half sheet of cake to his room... lock his door and chow down! By the time we realized he had snatched the cake it was too late! We have learned our lesson and will never leave cake unattended with Little Hobitta! LOL

Morgan was a big help in keeping track of the little ones and running wiggles to the bathroom. I swear it was her favorite place at camp next to the water!

The hike in to the falls took a mile almost all up hill but the kids mocked us as they ran the whole way there!

We played at the falls! Josh enjoyed chilling with his trail mix watching everyone else get wet!

It was a bit cold at night but we managed to stay warm. Did I mention that I brought an electric blanket?

Memorial Weekend

Home sweet Home! We had a blast this past Memorial Weekend! We went camping up at Cascade Lakes. I think final count had 34 of us at our group site!
